Permit for demo has been approved! Say goodbye to the asphalt in the backyard. Finally. I'm so excited that I'm not even dreading all the work I have to do.
Demolition crew arrives 8am on Monday, hoping that the deck and shed are gone by the end of the day and that the asphalt is all gone by Tuesday the latest.
Hopefully we'll be able to find a nice, shiny, new and BIGGER shed this weekend and it can be delivered in a few weeks.
Check-List:
- Empty out Shed
- Clear off Deck
- Clean out under deck (ugh)
- Put all kids wagons, cars, bikes, balls in basement
- Order new shed
- Build foundation for new shed
- Shop for hard-scaping and soft-scaping
- Design New Deck (Yay!)
